Advantages of ASHISH WMM plant are as under:

  • The shaft of the pug mill mixing unit rests of 6 pedestals. This makes the torque absorption better and ensures maintenance free performance.
  • The shaft is 5" and is bigger for longer life.
  • Shafting is un slotted fitted with arms and tips with distant pieces in between. This ensures that the shaft life is more as the material does not directly come in contact with the shaft.
  • Arms and tips are opposite and not alternate for homogeneous mixing.
  • Liner plates, arms and tips are easy replaceable.
  • Storage silo of various capacities can be provided.
  • Integration of cement silo to add cement in the mixing unit is also possible.

  • All the Four bins are fitted with individual AC motors and gear box to control and regulate the flow of aggregate from each bin Gathering conveyor is equipped with scrapper and driven by AC motor. Aggregate from the gathering is feed to the pug mill unit through a slinger conveyor after removing oversize material.

  • The storage silo can be offered in the required capacity, as per customer requirement.

  • Silohopper with hydraulically operated camshell type facilitate quick discharge of mix material without segregation.

  • Twin shaft design for continous and homogenous mixing of aggregates and additives.

  • Extra heavy duty anti friction bearing for smooth function.

  • Wear resistant alloy steel for paddle arms and tips for longer life.

All the four bins are fitted with individual AC/ DC motors and appropriate gear boxes to control and regulate the flow of aggregate from each bin. Gathering conveyor is equipped with scrapper and driven by AC motor. Aggregate from the gathering is feed to the drum with a slinger conveyor after removing oversize material.

In the soil cement stabilization plants supplied by ASHISH, a rugged single deck vibratory screen is placed at the end of cold aggregate feeder. Its job: To remove oversized aggregate material.

Driven by an variable speed drive motor, aggregates are transferred to pug mill type unit. The conveyor belt is equipped with weigh bridge (Load Cell) for continuous monitoring of weight (tons/hour). Its job: To weigh aggregate and transfer it to the PUG MILL

Mounted on a sturdy chassis, the dual shaft PUG MILL mixing unit consists of hardened material liners-heavy duty square bar with wear resistant paddle arms and tips. It gives a homogenous mix.

Cabin is fabricated with M. S. Structured frame and insulated by wood. Strategic location of seat ensures complete view of the plant.

Aggregate discharged from pug mill is collected into silo type hopper. With 100 tph and 160 tph plants, a silo type hopper is supplied. A 2 Tons wet mix material storage hopper is supplied with 100 tph wet mix plant and a 10 T capacity hopper is supplied for wet mix material storage.

ASHISH offers complete solution for storage of material in the soil stabilization plant. The silo is rigid yet easy to erect and transfer.
